Impact Digital Design – Terms of Service

Welcome to Impact Digital Design. By engaging our graphic design and web design services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services Provided
    We offer graphic design, branding, and web design services tailored to your needs. Deliverables will be agreed upon in writing before the start of a project.

  2. Payments

    • A deposit is required before work begins.

    • Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery of final files/website handover.

    • Late payments may delay project delivery.

  3. Revisions

    • Projects include a set number of revisions as specified in your proposal.

    • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  4. Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must provide all required content, images, and feedback on time.

    • Delays in providing feedback or assets may affect delivery timelines.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client.

    • We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    • While we strive for perfection, Impact Digital Design is not liable for business losses, downtime, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our work.
