Impact Digital Design – Cancellation Policy

We understand that projects may need to be canceled. To ensure fairness, our policy is:

• Clients may cancel at any stage by providing written notice.

• If canceled before work starts, the deposit is forfeited.

• If canceled mid-project, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point.

• Completed projects cannot be canceled.
