Impact Digital Design – Refund Policy

At Impact Digital Design, we value client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, our refund policy is as follows:

• Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure project commitment.

• Refunds may be issued for unused portions of work if a project is canceled before completion.

• Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of payment.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
