The Brief
Friends is a coffee bar in Langebaan on the West Coast, built around a simple idea: a place where we all meet. They needed a logo that felt warm and welcoming, and a menu that carried the same personality from the counter to the takeaway cup.
The Approach
The logo pairs a steaming cup with a small heart for a handle, framed in an oval badge with coffee beans and the line "Where We All Meet". Warm brown and soft gold keep it inviting, and the badge shape works just as well on a cup sleeve as it does on a shop window.
The Result
A complete set of touchpoints from one mark: takeaway cups, window signage and a double-sided menu with the full offering on one side and the café's food, story and location on the other.
